This is a hands-on role for someone who's organized, friendly, and comfortable juggling phones, walk-in customers, and paperwork all in the same hour. What you'll do Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the right person Greet visitors and walk-in customers, and provide a friendly first impression of our team Handle counter sales for walk-in customers, including typing up orders and processing payments Input and manage customer orders and data entry accurately and efficiently Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using computer skills and office management best practices Assist the office manager with tasks like ordering office supplies and keeping the office organized Help maintain general office upkeep and a clean, professional front office Support other administrative tasks as needed What we're looking for Previous experience in an office, retail, or customer service role preferred Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, walk-in environment Strong communication skills, both in person and on the phone Computer skills, including data entry, order entry software Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented A team player who's willing to pitch in wherever needed If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being the go-to person who keeps the office running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
