Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support as well as some Personal support, managing bookkeeping and accounts, handling communication, and assisting with sales and lead tracking to ensure smooth business operations. Pay depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records Manage and update client and customer accounts Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence Assist in sales activities, including tracking leads and following up with potential clients Monitor and organize ongoing jobs and projects, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met Keep track of potential leads and follow up to convert them into active clients Support management with administrative tasks as needed Maintain organized and up-to-date files and documentation
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative, secretarial, or bookkeeping roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
