Overview Apogee Instruments of Logan, Utah, is an energetic manufacturer of innovative electronic sensors used in meteorological, agricultural, and renewable energy applications around the world. We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate sales quotations, processing inbound sales orders, and maintaining customer contact information. Secondary responsibilities include light book keeping, auditing marketing materials, coordinating travel arrangements, and evaluating sales & marketing materials. General Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and deliver timely sales quotations to clients based on provided specifications Process inbound sales orders efficiently and accurately in our CRM or ERP systems Validate and update customer contact information to ensure data integrity Secondary Duties Book travel, transportation, and lodging arrangements for staff and visitors as needed. Audit sales and marketing materials to ensure availability, consistency, accuracy, and brand compliance. Assisting the accounting team with recording, organizing, and maintaining company documents Knowledge and Skills Required Proven experience in office administration, sales support, or related roles. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Enthusiasm for working at a small, rapidly growing company Preferred Experience in a sales environment: sending and confirming quotes, processing orders, etc. Experience with travel booking platforms and tools Knowledge of digital marketing materials and web analytics Familiarity with cross-browser and cross-device testing tools Excellent benefits including health insurance, retirement (eligible after one year), paid holidays, compensated leave, and profit sharing.
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
