```Job Summary``` We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. ```Responsibilities```
  • Support Nurse Management Team
  • Organize and maintain spreadsheets for Long Term Care Residents
  • Effectively communicate due dates and deadlines to appropriate team members.
  • Assist in communicating with residents for appropriate interviews. ```Qualifications```
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
