Position Summary The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient administrative processes, and a welcoming environment for guests, clients, and staff. This role supervises front office personnel, manages scheduling, and maintains office standards while supporting organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead front office staff, including receptionists and administrative personnel. Ensure professional and courteous customer service for all visitors, clients, and callers. Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures (if applicable), telephone systems, and appointment scheduling. Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage. Train, coach, and evaluate front office employees. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards. Coordinate communication between departments to support efficient operations. Prepare reports, maintain records, and monitor departmental performance. Assist with budgeting and expense control for the front office department. Support management with special projects and administrative duties as assigned.
