WHAT YOU'LL DO
Data & Database Management:
Maintain accurate donor, grant, volunteer, and constituent records in Salesforce and other systems; import, update, and export data, create Mail Merges using Microsoft Excel and Word, and support data integrity for fundraising and outreach initiatives.
Administrative & Community Support:
Answer phones, assist callers, and provide prayerful support when appropriate; attend staff meetings and assist with additional office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Financial & Grant Support:
Assist the Finance Department with grant and donation processing, prepare Microsoft Excel reconciliation spreadsheets, research and resolve data discrepancies, and support accurate financial reporting, grant documentation, and donor stewardship.
Mail Operations:
Prepare and process weekly mailings using mail insert machines; assist with special mailings as needed.
Postage & Packaging:
Operate postage and labeling machines to prepare envelopes and packages for delivery.
Logistics & Inventory:
Organize storage rooms and units; maintain inventory records; assist with lifting and moving mail trays and boxes.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of administrative, office support, finance or customer service experience preferred, including database entry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Mail Merge; experience with Salesforce or other CRM software preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information. Strong Christian faith and willingness to participate in prayer with staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners, consistent with the organization's mission. Ability to lift and move mail trays, packages, and office supplies up to 25 pounds. Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the office.
