Office Administrator

We are looking for a full-time office administrator in our Engineering / Design / Installation department. This position will have the opportunity to advance. This is the biggest and fastest-growing part of our business, and we're looking for a responsible person who is a self-starter and is able to move from one task to another without direction. We will provide all necessary training, but we're looking for someone who already has the following skills: Good organizational skills and can handle more than one task at a time Able to communicate well with our clients and co-workers Friendly demeanor when talking on the phone with our clients and vendors. Be able to read and follow directions and work procedures Good computer skills and an understanding of how to use MS Office applications The typical tasks that you would be doing include ordering materials, inventory control, telephone and email duties, and all kinds of related work that is critical to our business. This is a full-time job opportunity, and the typical hours would be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. We do offer full-time benefits, including subsidized health insurance, paid holiday and vacation time off, and a retirement plan.
