Job Description

Overview Established general contractor is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator . This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting contract administration, accounting support, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Administrator will contribute to a professional environment that values efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork. What You Do Manage incoming office communications. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and other office software. Process company documents including contracts, change orders, purchase agreements, proposals, billings, and payroll. Support accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivable. Handle filing, proofreading, mail management, and general administrative tasks. Provide assistance to staff and executives as needed. What You'll Gain Competitive pay: $30–$35 per hour .
