Job Description
Office Manager Whatcom County - Bellingham, WA Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Monday-Friday | On-Site Join Compass Health as an Office Manager supporting the Adult Outpatient, Child and Family, CORS, and Medical teams at our McLeod office in Bellingham, WA. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and client-centered operations that empower our community. What you will be performing As the Office Manager, you will: Manage day-to-day administrative operations for the McLeod office Serve as a key liaison for program leadership, supporting hiring, HR coordination, and compliance Provide confidential clerical support to the Program Manager and Director Supervise administrative workflows, records management, and client data processing Support billing and data entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all documentation standards What you bring High School Diploma required, AA or BA Degree preferred 4 years of office management experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience Experience with office staff management, or demonstrates possession of the required skills, knowledge and abilities related to supervision Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Excellent typing, word processing, dictation, and proofreading skills Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check, which may or may not include an additional search by DSHS What We Offer As the region's largest nonprofit community behavioral health organization, Compass Health offers exceptional employee support, work/life balance, and advancement opportunities.
