Office Administrator 4 Seasons Coffee Roasters Spokane Valley, WA Job Details Full-time $18 - $20 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Phone inquiries Café Coffee experience QuickBooks Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description We are looking to fill a twofold position, someone able to answer calls for wholesale orders and invoicing and to help out in our cafe. Experience in Quickbooks and/or as a barista would be preferred and wonderful, but not required. In depth training will be provided but a general knowledge of coffee would be a bonus. This position will require the ability to be able to multitask. This could look like answering phone calls, invoicing wholesale orders, maybe even labeling bags when not helping customers at the cafe. At 4 Seasons Coffee Roasters we really care about the quality of the beans and drinks we serve and are looking for someone who shares that same desire. Who knows, you might even get thrown out to the warehouse to bag some beans. As you can see, this job is unique. We are a small team, and we are looking for the right person to be able to do it all. The hours will be Mon-Thur 7-4 and Fri 7-12
