Job Overview:

If so, we want you to join our team as an Office Administrator (OA) at John L. Scott! As the backbone of our office, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting our dedicated real estate professionals. You'll work closely with the Office Leader to foster a positive, productive, and welcoming environment. From marketing and social media to tech support and broker assistance, your contributions will be essential to our office's success. At John L. What You'll Do:
  • Be the friendly face that welcomes guests and handles external inquiries.
  • Assist and train brokers on company tools, technology, and best practices.
  • Support marketing efforts, including designing flyers, postcards, social media content, and email campaigns.
  • Manage office operations, ensuring a well-maintained, professional workspace.
  • Oversee transaction and listing files, broker licensing, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Provide tech support and troubleshoot equipment issues in collaboration with IT.
  • Organize and coordinate office events, fostering a connected team environment.
  • Support billing, commission processing, and general administrative tasks.
  • Adapt to new challenges and contribute to office-wide initiatives.
What You Bring:
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a dynamic setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with social media and marketing is a plus!
  • A background in real estate (preferred but not required) or customer service.

Qualifications:
  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Two years or more customerservice
  • General office and administrative experience, PC/MAC and data entry skills required
  • Marketing and Social Media Management experience - Canva experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office intermediate/advanced skills required

Position & Benefits:
  • The position is in person, full-time, Monday-Friday, and is considered non-exempt for purposes of Wage and Hour Law
  • Pay is from $23 to $26 (Per hour)
