We are currently recruiting for a Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our team!
Duties and Re sponsibilities:
Business Office Manager (BOM) Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion Performs business office functions under the direction of the Administrator in accordance with sound accounting practices Responsible for all aspects of the resident trust account (RFMS) Assist in the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) process Ensure timely collections and deposits of all checks Ensures procedures are followed to achieve an accurate and timely closing at month end and is the coordinator for the triple check process Manage the medicaid pending process including coordinating with the families and the helping with the needed documentationa and spend down
Qualifications and Skills:
