Job Description
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm and Friday 7am-12pm, Flexibility as neededCompensation:
$23.00-$25.00/hour, based on experienceGeneral Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include assisting in scheduling, shipping, sales, accounting, purchasing, inventory control, data processing, employee and customer relations. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required. Ability to work under stressful situations and deadlines, excellent time management, make decisions based on prior experience or directives with attention to detail is required.Essential Functions:
Handle incoming calls, emphasize customer service and salable features of company products, quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales orders for product ordered Coordinate shipping and documentation of finished product, associated by-products and customer Enter and maintain database of all critical business information and generate other reports as required and or requested Verify and generate invoices, scale tickets and ensure timely receipt of accounts payable and resolution of overdue accounts Compute inventory balance, price, and costs; reporting reasons for discrepancies Assist in HR administration such as hiring, benefit enrollments, and more Maintain employee files and required documentation Perform cleaning of office and employee lunchroom Perform other duties as assigned by management Education High school diploma with 2 years of office administrative experience and /or an associate degree in office management Accounting experience would be beneficial but not required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Proficient inQuickbooks Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
