Office ManagerHoursMonday-Thursday 7am-4pm and Friday 7am-12pm, Flexibility as neededGeneral ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities may include assisting in scheduling, shipping, sales, accounting, purchasing, inventory control, data processing, employee and customer relations. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required. Ability to work under stressful situations and deadlines, excellent time management, make decisions based on prior experience or directives with attention to detail is required.

Essential FunctionsHandle incoming calls, emphasize customer service and salable features of company products, quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales orders for product orderedCoordinate shipping and documentation of finished product, associated by-products and customerEnter and maintain database of all critical business information and generate other reports as required and or requestedVerify and generate invoices, scale tickets and ensure timely receipt of accounts payable and resolution of overdue accountsCompute inventory balance, price, and costs; reporting reasons for discrepanciesAssist in administration of employee orientation, benefits and related databases and logsMaintain employee files and required documentationPerform cleaning of office and employee lunchroomPerform other duties as assigned by managementEducationHigh school diploma with 2 years of office administrative experience and /or an associate degree in office managementAccounting experience would be beneficial but not requiredSkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirement planVision insurance
