Established in 1980, Great Lakes Manufacturing, Inc. is a custom trailer builder, specializing in but not limited to the logging, refuse & material handling industries. Throughout the years, we have designed and patented various aluminum products. Aluminum stakes, headboards & Raptor log bunks are available for the logging industry. Our custom trailers are utilized thorough North America in multiple industries. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Suring, WI for an Industrial Blaster/Painter. The Industrial Blaster/Painter will be responsible for sandblasting and painting all aspects of trailer components, including but not limited to, frames, suspensions, wheels, and bodies. The Industrial Blaster/Painter will also prepare surfaces for painting by sandblasting, cleaning, masking, and taping.

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm Qualifications Experience with industrial sandblasting and painting Knowledge of sandblasting and painting equipment including proper usage, maintenance, and safety procedures to operate them Attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams Ability to use necessary tools and equipment, including hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in the industrial painting industry is a plus
