This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying busy, keeping things organized, helping different departments, and making sure the office runs smoothly. Responsibilities - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Open and close the front office each day, including locking and unlocking the front door
- Greet visitors and help maintain a professional, welcoming front desk
- Check sales kits in and out and keep them organized
- Maintain inventory and organization of sales documents, forms, samples, apparel, and office supplies
- Keep the storage closet, sales cage, and sample areas organized
- Scan and upload documents into our internal cloud system
- Perform data entry and administrative support for various departments
- Assist with shredding, filing, and document organization projects
- Coordinate employee birthdays and anniversaries
- Assist with company culture and employee engagement initiatives, including Pep Squad activities
- Run company errands such as the post office, Costco, OfficeMax, food pickups, and other local stops
- Coordinate company laundry and dry-cleaning needs
- Respond to Google reviews
- Upload and update photos on Google, Yelp, and BBB profiles
- Update our Project Map It system with new completed jobs and project locations
- Track marketing discounts listed on customer contracts for post-project marketing follow-up
- Help keep common office areas clean and organized, including light tidying and garbage
- Assist with additional administrative and office projects as needed What We're Looking For - The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Is dependable and punctual
- Can manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day
- Is comfortable working independently without needing constant direction
- Has strong computer and data-entry skills
- Communicates professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
- Is willing to jump between administrative work, organization projects, and errands
- Takes initiative when something needs to be organized or completed
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys supporting a team
- Is comfortable driving locally for company errands Previous office, administrative, receptionist, customer service, or data-entry experience is preferred.
Pay:
