Job Description
Status:
Full-Time (12-month) Reports to:Headmaster Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for families, visitors, and staff Manage front office operations, including phone calls, emails, and student records Assist with enrollment, attendance tracking, and communication with families Provide translation support (Spanish/English) for meetings, documents, and family communication as needed Support school operations, including scheduling, supplies, and coordination with vendors Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with school policiesQualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Experience in an office or school setting preferred Proficiency with basic technology systems (Google Workspace, SIS platforms, etc.)Job Type:
