Key Responsibilities As our Office Manager, you will oversee the daily financial and administrative operations of the company, including: Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements and complete month-end close. Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain organized audit trails. Manage accounts receivable, collections, and cash flow activities. Process accounts payable and reconcile job costs. Prepare, distribute, and track owner contracts and subcontract agreements. Process weekly payroll, including certified payroll reporting. Administer employee benefits and assist with human resources functions. Maintain financial records with accuracy and confidentiality. Support project managers and company leadership with administrative and financial reporting. Continuously improve office processes and procedures. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience (construction accounting preferred). Strong understanding of financial statements and month-end closing procedures. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Experience with Sage Accounting software is a plus..
