Job Description
Front Desk Lead / Future Office Manager Sheridan, Wyoming | Full Time | $24-$28/hour + growth opportunity We are looking for an unusually capable person to help lead the front office of a busy and growing chiropractic practice. This is not a typical receptionist job. We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, great with people, comfortable working at a fast pace and naturally takes ownership when something needs to be done. You will initially own the day-to-day front desk operation, including: Patient check-in and checkout Scheduling Phones and patient communication Collecting payments New-patient scheduling and follow-up Filling schedule openings Patient experience Front-office organization Solving problems before they become bigger problems Our goal is to find someone capable of eventually becoming our Office Manager as the practice continues to grow. You may be a great fit if: You're the person coworkers rely on when things get hectic. You notice things other people miss. You don't need to be repeatedly reminded to finish something. You enjoy making systems more efficient. You communicate confidently. You're comfortable handling difficult conversations professionally. You like working with people but are also highly organized. You want responsibility and the opportunity to grow professionally. Healthcare experience is helpful, but exceptional ability is more important than chiropractic experience. We can teach our systems. We cannot teach initiative, attitude or work ethic.
