Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an easy-going and friendly person to work the front lines. Must be able to answer the phones and take messages, and be comfortable talking with clients. Being able to organize and keep us all in a straight line is a plus. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, answer phones, handle data entry tasks, and support office operations with professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a positive workplace environment. Hours are flexible for the right candidate. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails & mail. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff members or executives Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office applications and QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes (we can train the quickbooks) Support office management activities such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory. Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing office documentation Facilitate client communication through phone calls or email correspondence to ensure prompt responses and follow-up actions Join our team where your organizational talents will shine!
Pay:
