Job Description

Overview As an Office Admin, you will be a key role to our organization, ensuring that everything runs as efficiently as possible. You will play a strategic role in daily operations and supporting team members. What you'll do Manage office operations Coordinate event planning activities, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly Facilitate onboarding/offboarding functions, including scheduling drug tests, etc Maintain filing systems and ensure efficient front desk operations with excellent phone etiquette. Coordinate travel arrangements for traveling staff, including but not limited to Airbnbs, Hotels, Flights or Rental Vehicles. Maintain and order office inventory items Track and ensure all operational tasks are completed Tracking Employee Credit Card receipts and purchases Submitting employee insurance enrollments as needed & saving confirmation docs Contacting employees to complete various tasks & follow up Assisting with permit management / inspections Assisting with licensing Reviewing insurance & updating spreadsheets Ordering gifts for clients/customers Checking mailbox Drafting various documents Data entry in Quickbase Open Position management & pre-screen interviews via indeed Assigned tasks as needed Basic qualifications Proven experience in administrative roles with a strong background in office experience. Familiarity with FoxIt, Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Quickbooks are a plus Preferred qualifications 2+ years in office administration Legal knowledge or experience

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
