Administrative Assistant (AL, Dothan)AL, Dothan About the Role Five Star Breaktime Solutions is a premier provider of away-from-home convenience services, committed to delivering innovative breaktime solutions that enhance customer experiences. The Administrative Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and emails to address concerns, questions, and service needs. This role requires providing accurate, efficient, and solution-oriented responses that leave customers feeling supported and valued. The representative practices active listening to confirm information and calmly de-escalate frustrated or upset callers. Proficiency with company software, databases, and tools is essential for accurately and professionally documenting customer interactions. Additionally, this position coordinates with service technicians to ensure timely resolution of maintenance needs at customer locations. Key Responsibilities + Answer calls and emails addressing customer concerns or needs. + Respond accurately and efficiently, offering solutions ensuring the customer feels supported and valued. + Engage in active listening, confirming information, and diffusing angry or frustrated clients as needed. + Utilize software, databases, tools, appropriately, and submit information accurately, concise, and grammatically correctly. + Coordinate with service techs to address maintenance needs at customer locations. Required Qualifications + High school diploma/ GED or one to three months of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
