Dunn Benefits Group, LLC is a veteran-owned healthcare and benefits consulting firm. We help employers and their teams choose and use the right coverage, and we are looking for a dependable, organized person to join us.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are hiring a Secretary & Client Services Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients and the person who keeps our office running smoothly. You will answer calls and emails, support our advisors with enrollments, renewals, and paperwork, and make sure every client gets a fast, friendly, accurate response.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client services: Answer the main office line and shared inbox, and route or resolve client and employee questions promptly. Support employer groups and their employees with enrollment, new-hire, and life-event paperwork. Track carrier requests, applications, and follow-ups until they are complete, and keep clients updated. Prepare and send client communications, such as enrollment reminders, renewal notices, and benefit flyers. Keep client records, census files, and the CRM accurate and up to date.
Office and secretarial support:
Manage calendars, schedule client meetings and enrollment events, and prepare materials in advance. Draft, proofread, and format letters, proposals, and forms in our branded templates. Handle mail, scanning, filing, and document organization, keeping client information confidential. Support the weekly team meeting by gathering updates and keeping action items on track. Order supplies and help keep the office professional and welcoming.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of administrative, front-office, or customer service experience preferred. Warm, professional phone and email manner, with clear writing and no-typo proofreading.
Strong organization:
you can juggle several client requests and never lose track of a follow-up. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, including Word, Excel or Sheets, and calendar tools. Comfort learning new software, such as a CRM, e-signature, and carrier portals. Discretion with sensitive personal and health-related information. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a small team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with group benefits terms such as enrollment, renewal, census, and carrier billing. Experience building simple flyers or documents in Claude, PowerPoint, or Word. Military service or military-spouse experience is welcome and valued.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$35,000 per year, plus quarterly bonuses based on office performance
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM
