Organize supplements/meds and health info; calendar medical appointments Support hourly flat floor posture exercise, water intake and breath work Household & Light Housekeeping Basic tidy-ups: dishes, wash and hang laundry, take out trash, fill humidifier, organize spaces as needed, prep space (clear floors) for Thursday cleaners Admin & Property Support (as needed) Emails, calls, simple records; vacation-rental support (messages, basic coordination) bring in mail daily Assist problem-solving and decision-making on personal and professional matters Fi nancial Management assistance.
