SUMMARY:

Under the general direction of the Principal, coordinates, monitors and supports the various areas of responsibility in the school office, to include but not limited to budgeting, scheduling, communication and organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist administration with campus budget and financial management.

Ensure compliance for all expenditures including purchase orders, payroll, and cash management.

Manage district fees and payment system.

Oversee collection and verification of substitute and staff attendance.

Coordinate building safety procedures and manage key distribution.

Coordinate and ensure the maintenance of school documents, and coordinate, create and submit Governing Board agenda items.

Coordinate and facilitate distribution of school-wide communication.

Coordinate and schedule special projects and events.

Support and assist site administration in personnel management.

Perform regular internal audits ensuring accuracy of data.

Provide back up for Attendance Records Technician and Data Record Technician.

Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.

Establish and maintain good rapport with students, employees, community members and vendors.

Maintains a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality.

Other job related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED.

Associate's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.

Three years of advanced administrative support experience involving frequent contact with the public.

Scheduling, assigning and reviewing work of assigned staff.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Competency in computer literacy and Excel

LICENSING/CERTIFICATIONS

Obtain and maintain a valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ

IVP FPCC

).

KNOWLEDGE OF

Standard practices, methods and materials of assigned work.

Techniques and methods for organizing, prioritizing and monitoring work.

Light Work:

Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move object.

Working Conditions:

Work is routinely performed in an indoor, office environment.
