Non-exempt Summary/Objective:
Responsible for general administration job duties - purchasing and facilities job functions for the region Essential Functions: Coordinate interoffice mail operations between branches. Liaise with courier vendors for inter-office arrangement services and trouble shoot any issue/deficiency related to the services. Daily processing and mailing of outgoing bank letters, correspondences, include customer account-related notices/advices generated from banking system. Outgoing mail processing includes operating of mail equipment and affixing postages as well as replenishing funds on postage meters when needed. Assist branches and operating departments in researching appropriate equipment and supplies, including developing and recommending cost effective alternative solutions and soliciting bids, and finalizing and awarding the bid. Assist the branches and departments in purchasing necessary equipment and supplies. This task involves receiving and tracking purchase requests, issuing purchase orders, recording and filing purchase orders, tracking order status, coordinating delivery dates, obtaining/producing documentation to verify delivered items, reconciling invoices to purchase orders and verified packing slips, and recommending invoices for payment and forwarding them to the Accounting Department for further processing. Review at least annually and propose revisions as needed to the Purchasing and Fixed Asset Policy and Procedures Manuals. Maintain the fixed assets log and organize and conduct a fixed asset review at least annually. Organize, as needed, any facility moves, furniture purchases and other special projects. As applicable, coordinate with building property managers and third-party vendors the fulfillment of Bank's maintenance obligations at each of its locations in the respective region such as: replacing light bulbs and stained ceiling tiles when possible. Also doing bi-weekly and monthly walkthrough of all Branch & Back Office locations, as well insuring the delivery of required services and repairs from the respective owner.

Required Education and Experience:
An Associate's degree in Business or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or three to five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
