Key Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical and administrative duties Process sales orders and coordinate with customers and vendors Assist with Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) follow-up Maintain inventory records, shipping documents, and filing systems Support logistics coordination (orders, deliveries, documentation) Occasionally assist with property-related tasksQualifications:
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English + Chinese preferred) Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not required Prior experience in import/export or food industry is a plusWhat We Offer:
