$25 per hour Reports to: Director of Operations We are seeking an organized, dependable, and tech-savvy licensed California real estate agent to support daily office operations, assist with marketing, and provide administrative support to our agents. The ideal candidate has an interest in building a real estate sales career and enjoys keeping an office running smoothly while helping others succeed. Responsibilities Office Presentation & Supplies Manage and regularly refresh window displays, keeping listings and promotional materials current and attractive. Inventory office supplies and coordinate replenishment within approved budgets. Keep common areas, meeting rooms, and supply areas tidy, organized, and welcoming. Identify office maintenance needs and communicate them to management. Marketing Assistance Collaborate with marketing team for local social media content. Assist with email and newsletter campaigns, including formatting, proofreading, contact list updates, and scheduling. Prepare and update basic marketing materials using company templates and branding. Organize marketing files, photos, and other digital assets. Basic Computer & IT Support Help agents with routine computer, printer, email, and office software questions. Troubleshoot basic technology issues and assist agents with everyday digital tools. Coordinate more complex issues with designated IT support. Protect confidential information and follow company security procedures. Administrative Agent Support Assist with scanning, copying, filing, data entry, and document preparation. Help maintain office records, shared calendars, and organized digital files. Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and office activities. Coordinate with management to prioritize requests and complete assignments within scheduled hours. Required Qualifications Active California real estate salesperson. Interest in building a career in real estate sales. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude. Comfort using office software, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic design programs such as Canva. Ability to troubleshoot common computer and technology issues. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and handle confidential information with discretion. Previous administrative, marketing, or real estate office experience is preferred. Schedule & Expectations This position is limited to 25 hours per week maximum , with a schedule established by the supervisor. The employee will balance office upkeep, marketing assistance, technology support, and agent requests according to office priorities.
