Office Assistant MIG Management

Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist with daily office tasks, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Assist with preparing and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Able to take on given tasks given by others
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Experience with front desk reception duties & Buildium is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.
