This role is essential in providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR and accounting departments while ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Act as the primary receptionist, handling incoming calls and greeting visitors with professionalism and warmth. Provide administrative support to HR and accounting departments, assisting with various tasks as needed. Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and providing assistance to both internal and external clients. Utilize Excel skills to maintain and organize departmental data effectively. Facilitate communication and coordination between departments, ensuring efficient workflow and information sharing. Maintain a well-organized and welcoming reception area. Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish, with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Required Work Hours Monday to Friday, during standard business hours. Benefits Competitive pay starting at $22 per hour.
