Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant responsible to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Farm Services and the Office Manager while assisting the Spray and Compost Departments. This position serves as an operational cornerstone, ensuring efficient workflow, accurate documentation, and seamless interdepartmental communication. What You Will Need:
Minimum two years of professional experience in administrative support, including typing, filing, spreadsheet management, and office procedures Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Demonstrated ability to learn and operate enterprise software systems (AIMS, INFOR). Strong data management and systems experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented approach to document handling and data integrity. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information. Ability to work collaboratively across diverse personalities and departmental structures. Willingness to accept both advanced and routine administrative tasks. Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.

Total Rewards:
$18.00 - $22.00 / HOUR Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
