Job Description
Tow Truck Driver/Roadside Service Technician Drive and operate a tow service vehicle (i.e. loading/towing vehicles, flat tire changes, lock-out, fuel delivery services, recoveries and winchouts, etc.) On-scene time interacting with customer/establishing rapport, building relationships, trust and problem solving Utilizing on-board computer, radio communications, and mapping systems Completion of daily paperwork (i.e. call-logs, cash receipts, etc.) Inspecting and submitting maintenance reports of company vehicles for safe and efficient operation Education and training. TowPros Driver Training Course Law enforcement calls
- Must clear background check/drug screening TIM's Certification (preferred) CTTA or TowPros Level 1 Training (preferred) Current position opening is for Evening/Night shift For tow insurance purposes must be 25 years of age Ability to drive manual/automatic shift vehicle
