Job Description

Job Summary Under supervision, but with latitude for independent action, to serve as secretary to the Administrator/Principal and as receptionist; does a wide variety of difficult and responsible clerical work; prepares reports; composes and types; performs public relations and communications services; and does related work as required.

Requirements / Qualifications

Other requirements:

Three years of responsible and varied secretarial experience, and preferably including one year of experience in an educational setting; keyboarding score of 50 WPM; Microsoft Office and Google environment. EXPERIENCE CREDIT

A maximum of Three (3) years may be granted for experience outside the Beaumont Unified School District. Therefore, an external new hire's maximum starting salary for this position is $ 31.15 per hour (Range 19/Step 4).
