Workplace Experience Coordinator W2 Contract to Possible Hire Onsite, San Francisco, CA 94104 $27-30/hr + Benefits Role Overview We're looking for a highly organized, polished, and proactive Workplace Experience Coordinator to serve as the face of our San Francisco office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional, low-traffic environment but can work independently and deliver a high-touch experience for executive-level visitors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Visitor Experience Serve as the primary point of contact for all office visitors (primarily scheduled, executive-level candidates) Greet and escort candidates and guests to meeting rooms with professionalism and discretion Support onsite interview logistics, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience Office Operations & Facilities Coordinate with building management to arrange visitor access and employee badge setup Act as the liaison for maintenance requests and facility-related needs Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and ready for use Office Coordination Order and manage office lunches twice per week Maintain inventory and ordering of office supplies as needed Ensure overall office organization and readiness for day-to-day operations Qualifications 1+ year of experience in office environment Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and polish Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to problem-solve quickly and independently in a dynamic environment Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
