Role Overview:
Main Functions:
Primary responsibility: Timekeeping management for the North Coast Electric district. Additional administrative duties including schedules, logs, and related tasks.
Key Qualifications:
Ability to meet deadlines and complete pay period closings with minimal to no errors. Comfortable working in a high‑pace environment. Adaptability to evolving company processes. High school diploma required. Supplier must provide laptop. Level II Requirements (2-5 Years Experience) Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, receiving/directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings/conferences, obtaining supplies, and sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Familiarity with MS Office required. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
