$25-32/hr Role Overview Provide administrative support to planners and serve as a liaison across multiple groups. Responsible for intake management, scheduling, and high‑volume organizational tasks. Key Responsibilities Work intake management
  • Receive assignments from intake and distribute to planners. Scheduling support
  • Coordinate SBL requests and maintain spreadsheets. Administrative tasks
  • Assist planners with documentation, reporting, and other support duties. Team liaison
  • Act as a bridge between planners and multiple groups to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements 5-8 years of experience in administrative support or related functions. High school diploma required. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage high‑volume work. Effective teamwork and communication skills. Self‑starter able to work independently with limited supervision. Familiarity with MS Office preferred. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
