This role is responsible for coordinating daily administrative functions, maintaining records, supporting procurement and inventory processes, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring efficient communication between operational teams. The position plays a key role in supporting department organization, compliance, and overall operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Food & Beverage and Culinary leadership teams. Maintain department records, reports, invoices, and filing systems. Assist with purchasing, receiving documentation, vendor communications, and invoice reconciliation. Support inventory tracking and data entry for food, beverage, and operating supplies. Prepare schedules, meeting agendas, correspondence, and departmental communications. Monitor compliance documentation, training records, permits, and certifications. Coordinate onboarding paperwork and administrative support for new team members. Generate operational reports and assist with budget tracking and expense monitoring. Support menu updates, recipe documentation, and culinary administrative projects. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and employee information. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma required; associate degree preferred. 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or culinary operations. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to work independently and support multiple departments simultaneously. Experience with purchasing, inventory, or hospitality systems is a plus. Hourly rate of $25-$27 Apply
