General Overview:

This is a seasonal job! September 28th-mid December in our Wreath Sales office.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT DUTIES

1. Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork 2. Assist with the processing of orders, including data entry and order tracking 3. Prepare and send invoices and follow up with customers on payments 4. Assist with duties as assigned by Wreath Office Supervisor and The Business Manager 5. Provide office clerical support, data entry, and filing
