With a strong physical presence across 30+ countries in North America and Europe, US Elogistics provides a wide range of cross-border and domestic e-commerce logistics solutions, including intercontinental shipping, pan-European delivery, and U.S. domestic services. We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Specialist - Chinese Bilingual to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to our team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative career in a vibrant, fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and efficiency. Responsibilities Answer phone calls, letters, and general inquiries; forward to appropriate departments or personnel. Support office and warehouse management with routine administrative needs. Oversee procurement, storage, and distribution of office supplies and equipment. Manage vendor development, contracts, and evaluations for warehouse materials and special projects (e.g., forklifts, shelving, renovation, IT/network upgrades, insurance, etc.). Conduct supplier assessments and maintain accurate records for cost control and compliance. Prepare, review, and file administrative documents, contracts, bills, and invoices for supervisor approval. Requirements BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university. 1+ years of Admin experience Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, Bilingual In Chinese Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment. Experience with vendor management and administrative compliance preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
