Phone Experience Specialist:

someone who owns the phones, loves a great conversation, and takes pride in being the first voice a new patient hears. This is a "backstage" role by design — you won't be at the front desk, and that's the point. You'll have a dedicated space to focus entirely on inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, and making every person on the other end of the line feel genuinely cared for before they ever walk through our door. If you light up when you're on the phone, naturally build rapport in 30 seconds, and believe that how you answer a call matters just as much as what you say — we'd love to meet you.

We are seeking someone who:

Has a warm, confident, professional phone presence (this is your stage) Thrives in a focused, heads-down environment rather than a high-traffic front desk Communicates with clarity, empathy, and energy — every call, every time Takes ownership of the patient journey from first contact to confirmed appointment Brings a commitment to excellence in their words, actions, and intentions Minimum 1 year dental front office experience required Some f•_ amiliarity with dental terminology required•_ Our team members are stewards to our practice's positive reputation within the community, support and empower one another, and understand the importance of celebrating each other's wins.
