This position requires someone who can think quickly, stay organized under pressure, and handle multiple priorities at once. The ideal candidate will be confident speaking with vendors, drivers, and field staff, while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in all documentation. This role supports daily office operations — from managing calls and parts orders to keeping records up to date — and is best suited for someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and isn't afraid of a fast-paced, sometimes demanding environment. Responsibilities Answer and route multiple phone calls; take clear, detailed messages and follow up promptly Write down and communicate accurate information for parts orders, repairs, and service calls Scan, rename, and file documents (both digital and physical) Perform data entry and keep logs current (vehicle inspections, safety meetings, etc.) Print, mail, and distribute documents to vendors and staff Track and organize company records, paperwork, and deliveries Communicate directly with foremen, mechanics, and vendors as needed Provide general office and field support as assigned Qualifications Strong multitasking skills
