Administrative Clerk

Local Corona company is looking for an Administrative Clerk who will provide general office support to ensure efficient daily operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in two languages (bilingual). The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage documents, data, and communication. Key Responsibilities Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry Prepare, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and logs in Microsoft Excel Manage email communication, scheduling, and calendar coordination through Microsoft Outlook Answer and route phone calls; greet and assist visitors Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed Pay $20-23
