Job Description

Position Summary The Admissions Operations Coordinator is a highly organized, proactive professional responsible for coordinating schedules, resources, and communication across multiple departments. This role serves as the central hub between the student, Education, Sales, Front Desk, and Operations, ensuring all programs, staffing, and materials are aligned and executed seamlessly. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and ensures that both internal teams and clients experience a smooth, well-coordinated operation. This full-time position reports to the Education Manager. We provide learning opportunities from youth STEM programs, hobby classes, and professional certifications to assist members in achieving success in their personal and business goals.   • Student enrollment, onboarding, and account setup are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Students/ families receive clear communication regarding schedules, policies, attendance, and program expectations
  • Class transfers, makeup requests, rescheduling, and enrollment changes are handled promptly
  • Attendance records, student trackers, and scheduling information are accurate, current, and properly maintained
  • Front Desk, Education, and Sales teams are consistently updated regarding student schedule changes and necessary information
  • Students/ families experience a smooth, organized, and welcoming onboarding process
  • Administrative and clerical tasks related to enrollment, attendance, scheduling, and student records are completed accurately and on time
  • Scheduling conflicts and enrollment issues are resolved proactively with strong customer service and attention to detail
  • Regular tours are conducted for prospective students, families, and members with the ability to clearly explain programs, pathways, memberships, and class offerings across departments

  • Ability to stand and walk continuously for a minimum of 4 hours at a time on concrete shop floors
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
  • Ability to focus on detailed tasks and manage multiple digital systems simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate via phone, email, and messaging platforms throughout the day
  • Ability to move around the facility to coordinate with team members and support operations
