Description We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and experienced Administrative Assistant to support three Senior Directors and their teams. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills and is a collaborative, positive, proactive team member who has the ability to multitask, prioritize, and take initiative in a dynamic environment. Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of experience supporting executives and large teams Preferred Qualifications Superior verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization skills, with an acute attention to detail Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment Proven problem-solving abilities, while being able to anticipate change and act efficiently Confident, able to communicate effectively with senior team members and their assistants across Apple High level of integrity, able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Calm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times; a positive and approachable personality, though diplomatic when saying no Able to graciously accept last-minute requests and jump into projects (even outside your immediate team) as needed Bachelor's degree, AA or equivalent experience
