You will provide administrative and calendar support to a director and their software engineering team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask while working in an innovative, change-oriented environment. You exercise good judgment, have phenomenal communication skills as you own and execute task/projects. Description Multi-task, prioritize, and implement a wide range of projects in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail, accuracy and timelines. Support dynamic and evolving set of tasks for both the Director and the related leaders on the team as needed. ","responsibilities":"Coordinate meetings and calendars for the director of the department and provide back up support for other leaders. Plan, coordinate and execute internal events such as off-sites, team building events and organizational wide meetings (all hands), and building moves. Point of contact for the Facilities team to troubleshoot issues in the building and escort non-team members as needed. Coordinate domestic and international shipments (with product security), order/stock office supplies and accessories for the team, initiate POs, and onboard new hires. Preferred Qualifications Calm, confident and professional during high stress situations; attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness are required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment while maintaining composure under pressure Ability to exercise good judgement when exposed to highly confidential information Ability to be a teammate who can work in a collaborative environment with global teams in multiple time zones. Efficient in Apple hardware and software, especially Calendar, Mail, Keynote, Numbers, Pages is desired. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment Proficient in calendar management to ensure smooth day-to-day events are in line with business priorities Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable communicating with senior executives and their teams A forward-thinker who takes initiative, can successfully manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously, problem solving and constant drive for process improvement Very organized, has an exceptional response rate, and flexibility to be available outside of business hours on occasion Exceptional ability to partner with others within the various engineering and administrative teams; strong collaborative and diplomatic skills Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $37.42 and $65.24/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
