Full Job Description Job Description:
The Intermarket Coordinator manages multi-location furniture projects, serving as the main contact from quote through completion to help ensure projects meet client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily installation schedules. Maintain electronic job folders from start to finish. Prepare labor quotes and job packages. Prepare warehouse paperwork, including pull lists and receivers. Verify service requests against job package details. Schedule pre-install meetings to confirm scope and timelines. Review labor purchase orders and quotes for accuracy. Identify and resolve missing items before installation. Send daily post-installation reports. Send punch list notifications and return forms for disposition. Invoice and support collections as needed. Provide small labor quotes. Execute administrative responsibilities, including filing, document reproduction, spreadsheet preparation, telephone support, and delivery scheduling.
Qualifications:
Industry knowledge is preferred but not required. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
