Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to teams and leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is committed to delivering excellent internal and external service.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to departments and leadershipManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointmentsAnswer and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondencePrepare reports, presentations, and other business documentsMaintain office files, records, and databases with accuracyOrder office supplies and help coordinate general office operationsAssist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting logisticsSupport onboarding, special projects, and other administrative initiativesGreet visitors and help ensure a professional office environmentHandle confidential information with discretion
