Job Description
About Us NNN Investment Co. is a private real estate investment and advisory firm specializing in the acquisition and oversight of triple net properties and other real estate investments nationwide. We work with investors on acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, and portfolio advisory services. Our office is fast-paced, client-focused, and detail-driven — we're looking for someone who can keep both the business and its principal running smoothly. About the Role We're hiring an Administrative Assistant to work directly alongside our Managing Director and keep our office running day to day. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role: you'll interface directly with clients, tenants, landlords, and escrow officers, and you'll regularly handle time-sensitive transactions that involve confidential client and financial information. Discretion, accuracy, and follow-through are essential. No two days look the same here. Priorities shift quickly, deadlines are often tight, and you'll need to think on your feet, adapt on the fly, and keep multiple balls in the air without losing track of the details. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy variety — moving from a time-sensitive closing item to booking a lunch to greeting a client, all in the same hour — this role is built for you. Key Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for clients, tenants, landlords, escrow officers, and other transaction parties Manage time-sensitive onboarding tasks for new property owners, including setting up rent collection and handling confidential client and financial information with strict discretion Prepare, send, and track transaction paperwork and correspondence Manage the Managing Director's calendar and schedule appointments and meetings Handle day-to-day office and personal support tasks Coordinate travel arrangements as needed Maintain organized filing systems for sensitive client and transaction documents Manage general office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships Assist with light bookkeeping or expense tracking as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role Real estate industry experience strongly preferred (commercial real estate a plus), but not required Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, and able to think on your feet and adapt quickly Impeccable discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential client and financial information Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished, professional client-facing manner Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on-site in a small-office environment Valid driver's license (for occasional errands/appointments) Notary Public commission a plus, or willingness to obtain one (company will cover the cost) Must be able to pass a background check
