Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow. Assist customers with inquiries and schedule appointments efficiently. Maintain accurate records of repairs and customer interactions. Process invoices and handle billing inquiries in a timely manner. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely updates for customers. Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems. Support team members with administrative tasks as needed. Uphold a welcoming and professional office environment.

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
