You will provide exceptional support to our dental professionals while ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a positive environment that promotes health, comfort, and trust. Responsibilities Making appointments for patients from existing treatment plans. Treatment planning with insurance estimates Treatment Plan Presentation Insurance verification and estimates Managing hygiene schedule Answering telephone calls Manage patient records accurately using electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as OpenDental, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies. Measure vital signs and review medical histories to prepare patients for treatment while maintaining thorough medical documentation. Assist dentists during clinical procedures, including chairside support, dental instrument processing, and maintaining aseptic techniques to ensure infection prevention. Taking dental x-rays, including 3D scans when applicable, adhering to all safety protocols and radiation guidelines. Prior experience working in a dental practice setting is highly preferred; familiarity with dental terminology and clinical procedures is essential. Knowledge of dental terminology related to dentistry and oral health enhances your ability to document accurately.

Requirements 1 to 2 years experience Bilingual a plus: Aribic, Farsi, Chaldean preferred. Will consider other languages.
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
